Doing good tastes great with Adnams

This brief was set out by D&AD and Adnams brewery and distillery to create a new advertising campaign across all Adnams drinks ranges to focus on sustainability and the environment. Adnams is a family run business in the coastal town of Southwold, Suffolk. The seaside is a huge part of the brand and has such a big influence to Adnams identity. 

I decided to focus on the sea and in particular a species of marine life that are depleting due to man made items such as single use plastics and dis guarded fishing gear. 
I named each of Adnams alcoholic drink ranges after a species of sea turtle that are currently facing extinction. Teaming up with The Marine Conservation Society this campaign would allow Adnams to donate 5p for each product unit sold to support conservation and wildlife charities that are actively protecting sea turtles. 

My aim was to get more people talking about the Adnams brand and educate the UK population on our current ocean pollution crisis.
